What documents are required for account verification?

Clients don’t need to submit any documents for verification because all deposits and withdrawals are processed using cryptocurrencies.

You can deposit your funds by using distinct cryptocurrency options available.

Do I withdraw by the same method I deposited?

Under usual circumstances, Santa Fx processes withdrawals through the same payment method that was used to make deposits. However, we can send you your profits via available crypto options available under your name if you specifically request us to do so.

What is the minimum and maximum lot size that I can trade?

The minimum lot size is 0.01 and the maximum lot size is 1000.

What are the open and close times of the various instruments?

Please find the trading hours as follows:

Forex:  00.05 (Monday) to 24:00 (Friday) except 00.00 to 00.05 daily. 

Commodities: 01:00(Monday) to 24:00(Friday) except 00:00 to 01:00 daily.

Global indices: Trading Hours: 01:00 (Monday) to 24:00 (Friday), except 00:00 to 01:00 daily.

Cryptos: 00.05 (Monday) to 24:00 (Friday) except 00.00 to 00.05 daily. 

For instrument-specific trading hours, you can refer to the instrument specification tab from the trading terminal.

 

What are the Margin Call and Stop Out levels?

The Margin call level is 70% and Stop out level is 50%.

Do you provide negative balance protection?

Yes, we do offer negative balance protection to our clients.

Which instruments can I trade on match trader and trade locker?

Forex, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.

How do I top up the virtual funds in my Demo account?

You can change the balance of your demo account by sending an email to our Support Team or simply pinging us on our live chat with your account number and your desired account balance.

Can I delete my account if I am no longer interested in trading?

Yes, you can delete/close your account with Santa Fx.

How to delete my trading account?

Clients can contact our customer support team via email or live chat if he/she wants to delete their trading account.

Can I have both a demo and live account functioning at the same time?

Yes, this is possible with Santa Fx.

How quickly do you process my withdrawal, and how soon will I receive my funds?

Withdrawals will be processed within 12-24 working hours.
